The Bucket Dunk is a county-wide effort in which everyone in Clallam County is invited to nominate and vote for their peers to be dunked under a bucket of water, to raise awareness and support for local lifelong literacy! Each $5 donation equals one nomination or vote, and the funds raised in the 2026 dunk will benefit United Way literacy efforts in our county, including Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.
Dear Friends and Supporters,
As a member of this community, you know that Clallam County residents come together to support each other when we face challenges and embrace opportunities. With potential federal funding cuts and ongoing economic shifts, nonprofits will have to adapt quickly, reevaluate strategies, and work even harder to meet the needs of the individuals and families they serve.
Each year, United Way of Clallam County creates a report for the community that shares the impact of our funding from the previous year's campaign. This document is a great way to better understand how your donations are being used and what kind of impact they are making in Clallam County. Click below to explore our current Annual Report:
United Way of Clallam County and Peninsula College have partnered to offer financial assistance to those working towards completing their High School Equivalency. The fund allows students to apply for assistance to pay for things like bus passes, bills, and childcare so that they can continue towards their goal of receiving their high school diploma.
Looking for a way to give back to your community? Many volunteer opportunities are available through the United Way of Clallam County and the agencies, nonprofits and community groups we partner with.
