Reflect and Remember. Join the Port Angeles School District AmeriCorps Vistas and help clean up the 9/11 Memorial Waterfront Park at 400 N Francis St. A candle light vigil will take place from 9:11am to 9:11pm. AmeriCorps will also be handing out Family Night Activity bags at the YMCA in Port Angeles located at 302 S Francis at 5:30pm.

Beautify. Grab your United Way To-Go Bag and head out solo or with your family members to spend some time picking up trash in your neighborhood or along your favorite hiking trail.

Send a smile. Send a picture of yourself smiling to info@unitedwayclallam.org or tag us on social media and explain why you are hopeful. We will share smiles and stories on social media!

Rock it with kindness. Children and adults alike can paint rocks with positive messages and leave them along sidewalks, by mailboxes, etc. for others to find!

Help build a house. Habitat for Humanity of Clallam County is currently building two houses and needs volunteers. Details can be found here: www.habitatclallam.org/how_to_help/volunteer.html
